Councillor update on Planning Applications of importance in Moseley & Kings Heath Ward – Monday 19th November 2007

Below is my own personal list of planning applications that I am keeping an eye on, due to residents raising concerns with me or the applications clearly being contentious.

S/03295/07/FUL - 26 Moor Green Lane, Land to rear of, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8ND - Erection of 4 detached dwellings & associated works - Approve – Conditions. Decision date - 08/11/2007

S/04349/07/FUL - 51 Russell Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8RS - Erection of a single and two storey rear extension, alterations to garage roof, conservatory & dormer to rear - Under consideration

S/04550/07/FUL - 10 Heathfield Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 7DB - hange of use from office accommodation to single dwelling house - Approve – Conditions. Decision date - 25/10/2007

S/04622/07/FUL - 19 School Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 9ET - Erection of single storey rear extension and balcony above – Refuse. Decision date - 22/10/2007

S/04743/07/FUL - 72 Greenhill Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 9SU - Retention of dormer window to front and new gable roof above existing flat roof - Under consideration

S/05475/07/LBC - 582 Moseley Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B12 9AA - Removal of internal walls, first floor and repositioning of staircase - Under consideration

S/05895/07/FUL - Alcester Road South and Vicarage Road, Corner of, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 7JJ - Replacement of existing toilet with automatic universal superloo on the same site - Under consideration

S/06152/07/FUL - 91b Addison Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, B14 7EP - Demolition of existing building & erection of new two storey building - Under Consultation

S/06675/07/FUL - Queens Ride, Midlands Arts Centre, Cannon Hill Park, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B12 9QH - Replace existing cafe, gallery ticket office, bar and office with new refurbishment of existing facilities - Under consideration

S/06922/07/FUL - 145-147 Alcester Road, Moseley, Birmingham, B13 8JP - Continued use of the first floor as cafe-bar in conjunction with ground floor & continuation of open hours - Under consideration
