Woodnorton site update

The sale of Woodnorton site - corner of Alcester Road and Moor Green Lane - is going to Cabinet on 24th January 2008.

This is the outcome of a closed bid auction during summer 2007. The successful bid involves the demolition of Woodnorton House and it's replacement with 30 apartments. The single storey lodge at the Moor Green Lane entrance has to be restored as part of the deal.

The successful bidder is being offered a 125year lease and the sale will be completed once planning permission for the new development is granted.
