Below is the latest list of Section 106 monies for moseley and Kings Heath Ward. These are monies that developers give to offset negative aspects of their planning applications.

With interest accrued there is a balance of £62,919 which is ear marked for Extra Care Villages.£65,000 open space money was also received. Current balance of open space money is £65,922 but draw downs are in hand that will cover a substantial part of this sum.
S/04355/98/FUL High Street, Kings Heath - £6,000 received. Schemes to be proposed.
S/02698/01/FUL 36-38 Wake Green Road - £100,000 Housing money received but has expired. However, endeavours will be made to seek a Deed of Variation to gain an extension of time to enable spend. £28,000 tennis court money received and works completed. Residual balance to be commuted to maintenance. £10,000 Play Equip money will not be forthcoming as the land will not be transferred across to the City. Also, the Supervision fee will not be due because the works were not supervised by the City. The play area is being provided and maintained by the developer on site.
